Shankar a hitman working under Kaka. Under Mama’s orders, he killed the famous politician Kasi Viswanath. Viswanath’s son, Devendra and his brother-in-law named Ramamoorthy swear revenge against Shankar. The film begins with Shankar escaping from prison being chased by police. He beat the police and ran away in a truck where he remembered his past. While extorting money from the apartment building, he met Chandni, a girl who was fearless and even slapped Shankar’s face. He was impressed by this and began to fall in love.
After several quarrels, he replied. After Shankar killed Kasi Vishwanath against Kaka’s orders, he fled to Goa with Chandni. The police know the location. When he ran away, Chandni was shot and killed. Shankar was beside himself against grief and vowed to kill the person who killed him.
In a parallel storyline, Sarah is a neuroscientist working on memory transfer and has achieved successful results with mice. His lover Arun CBI officer who is now trying to solve the murder case of Kasi Vishvanath. He believed there was a higher power that planned and also killed him. Shankar knows Kaka was ordered to kill him too, he killed Kaka when he planned to run away in Sarah’s car.
He ran away while Sara contacted Arun. Arun caught the running man but the man was killed when the car hit him. Arun’s boss chases him to find the killer and also Arun wants to solve the case, and is shot killed by thugs. CBI wants to know who the killer is, so Sarah’s help, they transfer Arun’s memories to Shankar, knowing that doing so will erase his past.
Shankar wakes up experiencing surprises and memories that do not belong to him. He was angry when Sarah explained the truth to him and realized he would not remember Chandni in a few days. He experiences a brief flashback where he becomes Arun but returns to Shankar.
He found Arun’s residence and found a bag that had proof of who the killer was, which turned out to be Ramamoorthy and Devendra. He pursues them under Shankar’s guise and eventually kills Devendra. The film ends Shankar / Arun goes to Hong Kong and also proposes Sarah on February 14, as Shankar / Arun planned for Sarah.
