Paul Rudd, Michael Douglas, and director Peyton Reed return for Marvel’s sequel to the main character, Ant-Man. However, in this second film, Ant-Man will be accompanied by female superhero The Wasp, played by Evangeline Lilly.
The film Ant-Man and the Wasp is playing on USA cinema screens starting today, July 6, 2018. Viewers who want to see the action of the two superheroes can watch it at Cinema XXI, CGV Cinema, or Cinemaxx.
Synopsis Ant-Man and the Wasp
Ant-Man and the Wasp will show the duo Ant-Man and The Wasp working together to fight crime, including his enemy: Ghost, in the middle of objects and giant buildings around them. This film, both of them also carry out a rescue mission by entering the Quantum Realm.
When the film began to be produced, Marvel finally released a synopsis for the sequel, though still vaguely. “In the aftermath of Captain America: Civil War, Scott Lang (Paul Rudd) grapples with the consequences of his choice as a superhero and father,” reads the film’s summary, citing Digital Spy
When Scott Lang struggled to balance his household life with his responsibilities as Ant-Man, he was confronted by Hope van Dyne (Lilly) and Dr. Hank Pym (Douglas) with an urgent new mission. Scott had to once again wear his costume and learn to fight with The Wasp while the team works together to uncover the secrets of their past.
The Wasp joined the Ant-Man in an attempt to enter the Quantum Realm. This is a subatomic world outside the place where he and his father, Dr. Hank Pym (Douglas) believes his wife and Hope’s mother, Janet Van Dyne (Michelle Pfeiffer) are lost and trapped there
