From the same book by Phillip Pullman, ‘His Dark Materials’ brings back her female character named Lyra Belacqua, now played by Dafne Keen.
‘His Dark Materials‘ followed Lyra as he embarked on an adventure, searching for answers to the mysteries that plagued his young life, including the search for his best friend and the importance of a strange substance called Dust. The film also stars Ruth Wilson and James McAvoy who play Lyra’s uncle. In the first episode, the uncle’s presence becomes unexpected.

Synopsis
